Yes. Our Smart Shop Ambient uses open shelving and AI camera checkout, so nothing is pushed through a spiral. On VC-line snack machines, adjustable spirals and conveyor-belt shelves are set to the pack or tin size, and vend sensors refund the customer automatically if a product doesn't drop.

What about blind boxes, tins, and boxed sets?

The Smart Shop Ambient handles them on open shelves. For boxed sets and oversized items, the VC 9011-22X uses an elevator dispenser and an extra-large delivery chute built for products a standard machine can't vend.

How do I keep high-value packs from being stolen?

Two layers. Cashless operation removes the cash box that attracts break-ins, and VC-line cabinets are engineered to withstand up to 1 ton of external force. On the Smart Shop Ambient, the customer pays before the door unlocks and the cameras charge for exactly what leaves the shelf.

Can I promote new releases on the machine?

Touchscreen models — the 8010-22S, the 9011-22X, and the 49-inch 7208-50F — run video and image loops, so a new drop is announced on the machine itself. Content is loaded remotely.

Can I see what's selling without opening the machine?

Yes. VC-line machines ship with backend management software that tracks sales and inventory, runs reports, and alerts you to a malfunction. The Smart Shop Ambient reports sales the same way and requires an internet connection.

What happens if the machine breaks?
