Common Questions We Hear

Can a vending machine really sell T-shirts, cosmetics or boxed products?

Yes. The VC 8010 and 8012 snack platforms can be configured with conveyor-belt shelves and adjustable trays instead of spirals, so folded apparel, bottles and boxes vend without jamming. For tall or fragile items, the VC 9011-22X uses an elevator dispenser and an extra-large chute. Full customization is available on the VC line.

What about frozen premium meats, farm eggs, or live bait?

Those run on our Smart Shop refrigerated and freezer units. The customer pays first, the door unlocks, they take what they want, and AI cameras charge for exactly what left the cabinet. Temperature is held around the clock and monitored remotely, and there are no spirals to jam on odd packaging.

Can I sell vape or CBD products from a machine?

We offer the VC SC3N-32VSM, an unattended cashless kiosk with a 32" media screen that can be wall-mounted, set on a counter, or placed on a rolling base. It is the buyer's responsibility to adhere to all federal, state and local laws governing the products sold and to whom they are sold. How do customers see the product before they buy it?

Choose a screen model. The VC 7208-50F carries a 49" HD touchscreen and the VC 9011-22X a 22" touchscreen, so you can show photos and video of each product, run promotions, and even sell advertising to other businesses. Smart Shop units use a glass door — the customer sees the actual product on the shelf.

Do I have to collect cash?

No. Every machine we recommend for specialty vending runs cashless — Apple Pay, Google Pay and card — and reports sales and inventory through backend management software. You can change prices remotely and get an alert if a machine has a problem, so trips are for restocking, not counting bills.

What if I'm not sure which machine fits my product?

Tell us what you sell, how big it is, what temperature it needs, and roughly what it retails for. We'll match the dispensing method, cabinet and screen to it, and every configuration goes through our 4-stage QC process before it ships. Large orders are no problem, and financing is available.
