Is shipping really free?

Yes, the shipping is free! For exclusions, please view our shipping policy. Free shipping applies to machines over $1,395.00 delivered to a commercial address with a forklift or loading dock in the lower 48 states.

How long until I get my machine?

For used equipment, the turnaround time is typically 7 – 10 business days to ship out from our facility. Once in transit, it is an estimated 5 to 7 business days but can vary depending on your exact location. Needing it quicker? Give us a call and we will be able to assist! For new equipment, please give us a call as it will vary depending on the manufacturer and model.

Do you offer financing?

What does “refurbished” actually mean here?

We grade every used machine A through F on cosmetics and function, and we publish exactly what each grade means — from A, painted, detail cleaned and money-system serviced, down to F, mechanically functional but left as-is cosmetically. Do you help me find a location for the machine?

No, we do not at this time. One way to secure your machine’s location is by contacting a local property manager and requesting permission to place your machine on their property.
