A. One way to secure your machine’s location is by contacting a local property manager and requesting permission to place your machine on their property.

A. If technical support fails, which is uncommon, and you are unable to find a local technician, we typically can screen some choices and refer a qualified local option!

Shipping & Delivery Questions

A. Yes, the shipping is free! For exclusions, please view our shipping policy.

A. For used equipment, the turnaround time is typically 7 to 10 business days to ship out from our facility. Once in transit, it is an estimated 1 to 5 business days but can vary depending on your exact location. Needing it quicker? Give us a call and we’ll be able to assist! For new equipment, please give us a call as it will vary depending on the manufacturer and model.
