An RS232 data cable that connects to the DEX port on N and W Colibri, Kikko and Starfood machines. It carries audit data from the machine to a handheld and telemetry device.
Without a working cable, sales and audit data cannot be pulled from the machine. A tech replaces it when the cable is lost, damaged and the DEX read fails.
