This left hand front guide fits Automatic Products 6000 and 7000 machines. It keeps the mating part aligned at the front.
Techs replace it when the guide is cracked, broken off, worn, and the part it guides starts to bind and drift out of line. Compare the size and thread with the original before ordering, since many small parts look alike.
