This transformer is for AMS vending machines. Also called a 120 volt transformer. It takes line power and steps it down to the low voltage the controls and accessories use.
Replace it when the control board or low voltage devices have no power and the transformer has line voltage in but no output.

Electronic components, such as control boards, bill acceptors, coin mechanisms and card readers, cannot be returned once installed or once their sealed packaging has been opened.
All other parts may be returned within seven (7) days of delivery only with prior written authorization from Vending Concepts Management. No employee or representative outside of Vending Concepts Management is authorized to approve returns.
Return requests may be submitted by contacting Customer Service during business hours or by emailing Parts-Team@vendingconcepts.com.
Approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, plus all original and return shipping charges. The restocking fee is 25% of the price of the returned part only. It is not charged on shipping, tax or the rest of the order.
The buyer is responsible for securely packaging the item for return and assumes all risk until the item is received and inspected by Vending Concepts. Returned items must be in original, resalable condition. If an item is returned damaged or cannot be resold, the buyer may be responsible for repair or replacement costs up to the original purchase price.
Return authorization is required in all cases. Requests must be submitted within seven (7) days of delivery. No returns or refunds will be accepted after this period.
Unless otherwise stated on the invoice:
- New parts are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
- Refurbished bill acceptors and coin acceptors are covered for 90 or 180 days, depending on the warranty tier selected at purchase.
- Refurbished control boards and cooling decks are covered for 90 days. New control boards and cooling decks are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
This warranty covers replacement of defective parts only. It does not include service calls, shipping, freight, handling, normal wear and tear, or damage from improper installation, misuse, neglect, improper storage, modification, vandalism, or use outside the product’s intended purpose. Any modification made after shipment voids the warranty.
Vending Concepts and its employees, affiliates, suppliers, and service providers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost product, spoilage, replacement costs, or similar losses.
Technical support is available Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM CST.
To open a support ticket, the customer must provide:
• Invoice number
• Purchaser’s name
• Part model number
• Brief description of the issue
Support requests may be submitted via the support system or by contacting the main office during business hours.
Response time is typically one to two business days. If necessary, a live phone support appointment may be scheduled. The customer must be physically present with the part during the appointment.
Technical support is available only to the original purchaser of parts sold directly by Vending Concepts and does not transfer to subsequent owners.
