This is the evaporator coil in the Vendo V21 refrigeration system. Refrigerant passes through the coil and the evaporator fan blows cabinet air across it to cool the product.
Replace it when the coil is leaking refrigerant, damaged, or corroded and the machine will not hold temperature after the system is checked.
