This is the evaporator coil for a Vendo 721. Refrigerant boils off inside the coil, and the evaporator fan pulls cabinet air across it to cool the product.
Replace it when the coil has a refrigerant leak, is damaged or corroded, and the machine will not hold temperature even after the system is charged. Evaporator replacement is a sealed system repair and should be done by a certified refrigeration tech.
