This is the selection keypad membrane for the inside vender section of a USI CB700. It is the flat membrane switch the customer presses to enter a selection.
Replace it when one or more keys stop responding, keys register wrong, or the membrane face is worn through or peeling. Check the ribbon tail and connector before replacing.
