Special orders, custom orders, and customized parts (including custom graphics, programmed components, and built-to-order items) are non-refundable and cannot be returned or canceled.
All other parts may be returned within seven (7) days of delivery only with prior written authorization from Vending Concepts Management. No employee or representative outside of Vending Concepts Management is authorized to approve returns.
Return requests may be submitted by contacting Customer Service during business hours or by emailing Parts-Team@vendingconcepts.com.
Approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, plus all original and return shipping charges.
The buyer is responsible for securely packaging the item for return and assumes all risk until the item is received and inspected by Vending Concepts. Returned items must be in original, resalable condition. If an item is returned damaged or cannot be resold, the buyer may be responsible for repair or replacement costs up to the original purchase price.
Return authorization is required in all cases. Requests must be submitted within seven (7) days of delivery. No returns or refunds will be accepted after this period.
Unless otherwise stated on the invoice, Vending Concepts provides a 30-Day Limited Parts Only Warranty beginning on the date the part is delivered.
This warranty covers replacement of defective parts only and does not include labor, service calls, shipping, freight, handling charges, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by improper installation, misuse, neglect, improper storage, modifications, vandalism, or use outside the product’s intended purpose.
Any modification made after shipment will void the warranty.
Vending Concepts and its employees, affiliates, suppliers, and service providers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost product, spoilage, replacement costs, or similar losses.
Technical support is available Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM CST.
To open a support ticket, the customer must provide:
• Invoice number
• Purchaser’s name
• Part model number
• Brief description of the issue
Support requests may be submitted via the support system or by contacting the main office during business hours.
Response time is typically one to two business days. If necessary, a live phone support appointment may be scheduled. The customer must be physically present with the part during the appointment.
Technical support is available only to the original purchaser of parts sold directly by Vending Concepts and does not transfer to subsequent owners.
Parts are sold as either new or used.
New parts are sold as described.
Used parts may show normal signs of wear, including scratches, scuffs, nicks, dents, dings, and other cosmetic imperfections. These conditions are considered normal and do not affect functionality.
