Condenser drain pan assembly with soakers for AMS refrigerated machines. The pan collects defrost water from the evaporator and the soakers (wicks) spread it out so heat from the condenser can evaporate it.
Replace it when the pan is cracked or leaking, the soakers are worn out or crusted, or water is overflowing onto the floor under the machine.
