Vending Concepts offers a 30-Day Limited Parts Only Warranty on all machines sold, except for new machines, which will be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. This 30-Day Limited Parts Only Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, or any damage, failure, or loss caused by improper set-up, assembly, maintenance, storage or misuse, defacement, or vandalism. Vending Concepts 30-Day Limited Parts Only Warranty will be void if the product is ever:

  • Used in a manner other than its intended purpose
  • Modified in any way after shipping from Vending Concepts

Vending Concepts or its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors will not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of deposit, loss of location, loss or spoilage of product, replacement costs, or any similar damages.

In addition, all vending machines sold by Vending Concepts will include live phone and video call technical support. To use our phone support service the customer must call during regular business hours “while being in front of the machine”. The customer must have their invoice number available and the name by which they purchased the machine to give to our customer service rep and tell us the model of the machine they are seeking support for prior to being connected to our service department. Vending Concepts will only support what we sell. If you didn’t purchase the machine from us we offer paid phone support for most vending machines. Call for details.

Vending Concepts also offers an optional Parts & Labor Extended Warranty through our partnership, for peace of mind and protection of your investment.   • 2 & 4 year Extended warranty starting after the OEM’s 1 year warranty for a possible 5 year total
  • Covers on-site service
  • Covers all parts and labor
  • Does not cover accidental damage/ gross misuse
  • Low deductible/ service fee to be paid by the customer at time of claim
  • Transferable
Commercial Equipment – Refurbished Products
  • 2 & 4 year Date of Purchase warranty with CPS taking over at:
    • Day 31 for Labor
    • Day 31 for Parts
  • Covers on-site service
  • Covers all parts and labor
  • Does not cover accidental damage/ gross misuse
  • Low deductible/ service fee to be paid by the customer at time of claim
  • Transferable
